Alpha tires and wheels

1 Star I went for a simple wheel installation, and they completely messed it up. After the install, I noticed my truck was vibrating and shaking at freeway speeds. When I inspected the work myself, I found that one wheel was missing a hub ring, another hub ring was installed backwards, and several lug nuts were not properly torqued. I took the truck back, and that’s when I found out one of the wheels didn’t even have balance weights on it. I also watched them torque wheels in a circular pattern. Anyone who knows wheels knows you torque them in a star pattern to properly seat the wheel. A wheel install is one of the most basic jobs a tire shop does, yet they managed to get multiple things wrong. Between the missing hub ring, backwards hub ring, loose lug nuts, missing wheel weights, and balancing issues, I have zero confidence in their workmanship. Do not recommend this shop. They clearly don’t know what they’re doing.

Where do I start… this was a meeting spot halfway between me and a friend with a three hour drive for each of us to swap wheels (10 total). I called ahead of time to explain I needed the wheels swapped between 2 vehicles, tpms swapped, and just mount and balance. They told me “10 wheels? $300. No appointment, just show up.” We showed up and explained to both guys there exactly what we needed done. I could already tell there was a language barrier but I remained optimistic. We waited around at the mcdonalds next door and came back to them swapping the TIRES between the cars, not the wheels. We stopped them on the final tire and told them it’s the wheels, not the tires. We also noticed they didnt swap the tpms’ over like we said to. They argued a little that’s not what we told them then reluctantly continued to fix everything. They said they needed to change the valves on one set of tpms to work on the other wheels which is fine. After all said and done, they tried to now charge $400 for the work. We told them they quoted $300, to which they argued it was more work than we said (mounting, balancing, and installing tpms is literally standard on every single car, and I explained all th

First time getting tires here and it's on a Sunday, these guys were great, the price was great, and it didn't take much time at all. They explained what was up with my tires, told me how much tread I had left and didn't try selling me more than needed. I will definitely come back here. Have been back a couple more times and would still highly recommend these guys! Very helpful, very polite, great price and they even had my tire on the very next day because they didn't have my size on hand this time. Thanks again guys!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Alpha Tires & Wheels. From the moment I walked in, the team was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to make sure I got the right rims for my truck. The installation was fast, precise, and you can tell they pay attention to detail — no corners cut. My truck looks incredible now and I’ve already had people complimenting the new wheels. What I appreciated most was how professional and honest they were throughout the process. They explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and made the whole experience stress-free. If you’re looking for a shop that delivers both great products and excellent customer service, Alpha Tires & Wheels is the place to go. Highly recommend them to anyone wanting to upgrade their ride!
